2014 Tax Information

In the past, the Library has carried several Federal and State tax forms. Due to budget cuts at the IRS, the Library will only be receiving the 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ forms. The instructions booklets and other schedules will not be provided to the library.

The Ohio Department of Taxation has also made similar decisions, and the Library will not be receiving as many Ohio Tax forms and instructions as in the past.

You can call the numbers below to be mailed tax forms directly to your home:

Federal: 1-800-829-3676
State: 1-800-282-1782
